How Long Does Microblading Last After a Touch-up?
Microblading is a semi-permanent procedure. The pigmentation is not inserted as deep as you would in a tattoo. Therefore, the pigmentation can begin to fade away after some significant time has passed.
Microblading starts to fade away within 18 to 30 months which is why that is the recommended period of time to get a touch-up.
However, microblading can last up to 12 to 18 months depending on the skin type, skincare routine, and other lifestyle factors. With touch-ups once a year, microbladed eyebrows can even last up to 3 years or more.
